We are aware of this issue where a user may not enter information into a particular section of the CV Builder such as Key Skills, however it downloads the section header on the CV.
Our development team are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix which we are hoping to release shortly. We will let everyone know via this thread once it has been updated and fixed.
In the mean time, a simple work around is when you have downloaded your new CV as a .txt or .doc file, simply delete the new section header information from your CV. If you are unsure how to do this then chat with one our customer service agents who will be happy to help using a 'Live Help' button dotted around the website.
