I have subscribed to receive newsletter emails from you but haven't had any.

In most cases, if you haven't received an email communication from us within 30 days it will be one of three reasons:

  1. You are receiving emails from us but they are going to your spam/junk folder.
  2. You have entered your email address incorrectly into the system. You can check this under the 'My Account Info' page.
  3. When you asked to subscribe to our newsletter, you would have received an email asking you to confirm this. If you haven't confirmed this action you won't have been signed up to our newsletter.
